Requirements
- Solid experience with high-traffic products
- Hands-on and not afraid to get your hands dirty
- Strong command of visual design, interaction design, and system-level thinking
- Solid collaboration with Product, Data, and Engineering leadership
- Experience in scaling and fast-paced contexts
- Natural ownership and ability to make proposals
- Fluent in English
- Outstanding portfolio that demonstrates excellence in craft, systems thinking, and the ability to turn complex problems into simple, elegant solutions
