The primary role involves working with the Marketing Communications Director and Creative team to manage design projects from concept through production, including creating and editing materials like advertising, brochures, website graphics, and presentations in both print and digital formats. Essential duties include designing firm announcements, supervising promotional material production, coordinating design requests, performing basic copy modifications, and ensuring strict adherence to brand
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain firm announcements, brochures, client alerts, flyers, advertisements, invitations, PowerPoint presentation materials, website graphics, and infographics
- Design and supervise the production of firm promotional materials and gifts
- Coordinate, collaborate, and produce all design requests from intake through completion
- Basic copy modifications, headline creation, and proofreading
- Basic HTML editing for web and digital communications
Requirements
- Minimum five years' experience in graphic design, interactive design, and marketing
- Professional services marketing experience preferred
- Experience adhering to a recognized style guide
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to edit basic HTML
- Knowledge of basic video editing
