The Product Designer will lead and actively contribute to the design of exceptional experiences and innovative solutions that impact the quality and success of products. Responsibilities include guiding the design process from user research to final product delivery and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Leading and contributing to the design of exceptional experiences and innovative solutions
- Guiding the design process from user research to product delivery
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and detailed workflows to communicate design solutions effectively
- Collaborating with development, product, and business teams to understand product goals, translate them into effective design solutions, and maintain proposed standards during development and future iterations
- Proposing new ideas, conducting design reviews to foster innovation and continuous improvement, and analyzing product metrics to make decisions
- Working with the research team to conduct user research, integrate findings into user-centered design solutions, and generate design proposals at various fidelity levels
- Establishing and maintaining consistent design standards across all products and collaborating on design system creation
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Designer Senior or similar role
- Solid portfolio demonstrating skills in interface design, prototyping, and problem-solving
- Knowledge of current market tools, e.g., Marvel/Invision, Adobe Suite, Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Maze, etc.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to present and defend design decisions effectively
- Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to rapid changes
- Experience planning, executing, and/or directing field research and usability tests, including recruitment, prototype creation, test scripts, facilitation, reporting results, and redesigning based on insights
