The UI/UX Designer will collaborate with various teams to transform user requirements into high-fidelity Figma designs and create prototypes for user testing. They will also design complex financial trading interfaces and execute design-to-development handoffs for implementation.
Responsibilities
- Closely collaborate with research team, designers, product owner, and engineers
- Transform specifications and user requirements into high-fidelity Figma designs
- Work within existing design system infrastructure
- Collaborate directly with portfolio managers to create fast concepts and clickable prototypes
- Design complex financial trading interfaces and dashboards for multi-monitor setups
- Execute design-to-development handoffs for React/TypeScript implementation
Requirements
- Service delivery mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Upper intermediate English level
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer (≈5+ years)
- Experience designing enterprise-grade financial or data-intensive applications
- Expert-level Figma proficiency
- Experience with rapid prototyping and user testing
- Strong understanding of component-based design systems and variable architecture
