Senior UX Designer I

You will be involved in the entire product development process, from brainstorming to launch, and will work closely with Product Managers and Developers to create elegant solutions. Your role includes pitching ideas, designing experiences, and communicating solutions within the company.
Responsibilities
- Pitching ideas, designing the experience, and communicating solutions to necessary audiences within the company
- Working closely with the Product Manager and Developers to create elegant solutions to problems our customers are facing
- Defining success metrics for a new product or feature, and creating the appropriate mechanisms to measure success after it launches
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience on a product and UX team, ideally for a SaaS application
- Portfolio of top-notch product work that demonstrates strong design thinking and methodologies
- Ability to clearly communicate design rationale and conceptual ideas
