The Senior UX Designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into effective design solutions. They will lead end-to-end UX design for product features, applying Human-Centered Design and Design Thinking practices.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into effective design solutions
- Explore and integrate AI design tools to accelerate prototyping and design iteration
- Lead end-to-end UX design for product features, from research and concepting to high-fidelity designs and prototypes
- Apply Human-Centered Design and Design Thinking practices to ideation, prototyping, and validation
- Create and maintain scalable Figma component libraries and design systems
- Conduct user research and usability testing, synthesizing findings into actionable insights
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand and style guidelines, and are inclusive and accessible
- Foster collaboration with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery of design solutions
- Contribute to a culture of experimentation, iteration, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 6-8 years of professional experience in UX Design, preferably in SaaS products
- Strong proficiency in Figma (components, variables, prototyping, design systems)
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for UX design, ideation, or prototyping (e.g., v0, Anima, Uizard, Galileo AI, Figma AI plugins)
- Solid understanding and application of Human-Centered Design / Design Thinking methodologies
- Experience designing enterprise-level workflows, dashboards, or admin tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful SaaS UX projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in UX Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field
