The Product Designer will create high-quality visual interface solutions and structure user flows to ensure a seamless experience. They will collaborate with various teams to define problems and deliver consistent, responsive designs.
Responsibilities
- Create solutions with high visual quality, applying hierarchy, typography, color, rhythm, and UI patterns to improve clarity and usability
- Structure and evolve user flows, ensuring a good experience from end to end, aligned with business needs and customer expectations
- Work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, Channels, and Data to define problems, hypotheses, and success criteria
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and final deliveries, ensuring consistency, responsiveness, and accessibility
- Follow development, providing clear handoff, support for QA, and quality validation before delivery
- Participate in usability tests and behavior analyses, seeking opportunities for improvement in both experience and interface
- Contribute to the Agibank Design System, proposing adjustments, organizing components, documenting patterns, and learning homologation processes
- Maintain organization in deliveries, documentation, and communication, ensuring predictability, clarity, and efficiency in the workflow
- Work flexibly between UI and Product Design tasks when necessary
Requirements
- Proven experience in UI and UX Design, with a portfolio that demonstrates visual quality, structured processes, and user experience reasoning
- Mastery of Figma (components, variants, autolayout, styles/variables, prototypes, grids)
- Solid knowledge of visual design principles: typography, color, grid, alignment, rhythm, legibility, and contrast
- Ability to structure end-to-end user flows, mapping journeys, decisions, and potential friction points
- Good communication skills to defend design decisions and write clear documents in the context of the product
- Proactivity, curiosity, and autonomy to explore new solutions
- Interest in sharing knowledge and supporting team maturity
- Notions of accessibility and responsive design
- Will to learn and evolve in Design System, contributing to components, patterns, and documentation in the future
