The UX Designer will plan and execute user research to inform design decisions and define information architecture for applications. They will collaborate with developers and participate in design reviews to ensure quality and alignment with user needs.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute user research to uncover insights and inform design decisions
- Define information architecture for web and mobile applications
- Design task flows and interactive prototypes that deliver intuitive user experiences
- Collaborate closely with software developers, SQE, and PM/PO to ensure seamless design execution within defined scopes
- Contribute to projects and specific parts of larger initiatives while adhering to team processes and workflows
Requirements
- Foundational understanding of UX principles (usability, accessibility, UI consistency, UI feedback, user control, etc.)
- Familiarity with core visual design concepts (layout, hierarchy, color, typography)
- Experience using Figma and Design Systems
- Ability to build prototypes for usability testing and developer handoff
- Proactive and responsive communication skills
