
The main mission is to design, optimize, and evolve the digital experience of the e-commerce platform, ensuring an intuitive user experience aligned with brand identity and focused on conversion. Responsibilities include designing end-to-end digital experiences for desktop and mobile, covering both UX and UI aspects, and collaborating closely with the Digital Product Manager and external development team.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end digital experiences for the ecommerce platform (desktop and mobile)
- Work on both UX (research, information architecture, flows, wireframes) and UI (visual design, components, interaction design)
- Optimize key funnels (home, PLP, PDP, checkout, and customer account) with a focus on conversion, usability, and brand experience
- Collaborate closely with the external development team to ensure correct interpretation and implementation of designs
- Work in coordination with the Digital Product Manager to define priorities and roadmap for the digital product
- Analyze user behavior data (heatmaps, A/B tests, web analytics) to propose improvements based on insights
- Support the migration process to Shopify, providing UX/UI vision and best practices for ecommerce
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in digital design, preferably in ecommerce
- Solid portfolio demonstrating experience in UX and UI with aesthetic sensitivity
- Proficiency in Figma and UX methodologies (flows, wireframes, prototyping, and testing)
- High attention to detail and visual sensitivity, especially in fashion and brand environments
- Experience collaborating with external development teams
- Ability to work independently with a user-oriented and results-driven mindset
