The product designer will take full ownership of the UX and design foundation for a data-intensive B2B platform. They will build the design system from scratch and shape complex workflows, maps, and analytics into a powerful user experience.
Responsibilities
- Build the design system from scratch and shape how complex workflows, maps, and analytics come together in one powerful user experience
- Partner closely with engineers to guide implementation, ensuring design intent is preserved in production
- Act as a design leader and multiplier — raising the quality bar, influencing peers, and contributing to design culture, standards, and best practices
Requirements
- 3+ years product design experience in B2B or enterprise SaaS
- Proven experience building and maintaining a design system from scratch or at scale
- Strong Figma skills (components, variants, auto layout, prototyping, design tokens)
- Experience designing data-heavy interfaces such as dashboards, analytics tools, or complex workflows
- Ability to plan, run, and synthesise user research independently (interviews, usability testing)
- Comfortable collaborating closely with engineers and understanding technical constraints
- Fluent Norwegian due to customer-facing work and local domain requirements
- Able to work independently and set design direction as the first design hire
