The role involves using research data to influence key stakeholders and validate design decisions across sportsbook, betting, and iGaming products on iOS, web, and Android platforms. Responsibilities include spearheading various research methodologies, defining research objectives, and turning data into actionable insights to shape product vision.
Responsibilities
- Use research data to influence key stakeholders and validate the design decisions
- Spearhead research methodologies, including usability testing, surveys, moderated user testing, data analysis, and more
- Define and implement research objectives aligned with business objectives and user needs
- Collaborate with a group (Product, Design, CRM) and country teams to ensure consistent research practices
- Turn qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights that shape product vision
- Develop materials (e.g., reports, presentations) that help the research & design team communicate findings effectively to stakeholders
- Measure the impact of research on product outcomes and report findings to stakeholders
- Establish metrics to track improvements in user experience over time
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX research
Requirements
- Graduate degree in human-computer interaction principles, psychology, statistics, marketing research, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of UX research experience is a plus, preferably in tech, betting, gaming, fintech, web3, or related industries
- Proven experience with various UX research methodologies and tools
- Fluent in English – both written and spoken (C1/C2) and native speaker in Czech language
- Responsible and talkative person who is not shy to present the results in front of the others in English
