Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX research, with a portfolio showcasing relevant projects
- Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, or equivalent experience
- Expertise in research methods and data analysis techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence strategy
- Proficiency with UX research tools and software
