The Senior Content / UX Writer will lead the creation and management of digital content across banking platforms. They will develop content strategies aligned with business objectives and collaborate with various teams to ensure cohesive user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and management of digital content across platforms
- Develop and implement content strategies aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with UX researchers, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive user experiences
- Mentor and guide junior writers to maintain high content quality
- Present content concepts and strategies to senior stakeholders
- Support content decisions with user research and analytics
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in copywriting / UX writing
- Strong portfolio
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent
- Proficiency in writing tools and CMS platforms
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles, content strategy, and accessibility (WCAG)
- Experience in legal/regulatory content for banking or financial services
- Familiarity with UX research, data analytics, Agile, and design thinking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
