Senior UX Researcher, New Product Innovation

The Senior UX Researcher will partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and deliver new products. They will lead research studies throughout the product lifecycle and contribute insights to shape product strategy.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with researchers, designers, product managers, and engineers to identify opportunities, define product direction, and deliver meaningful new products
- Independently and collaboratively develop and execute comprehensive research roadmaps aligned to product goals
- Lead and conduct research studies across all phases of the product lifecycle
- Contribute insights that shape product strategy, influence execution, and support go-to-market planning
- Manage external research vendors to extend team capacity and ensure high-quality research execution
Requirements
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate with autonomy
- Experience using quantitative data to support hypotheses and strengthen research recommendations
- Skilled in storytelling to drive alignment and influence diverse audiences
- Demonstrated judgment and decision-making skills to balance competing demands in a fast-moving environment
- BA/BS in a human-behavior-related field
