The UX Researcher will be responsible for delivering end-to-end research projects, translating findings into clear and actionable guidance for product teams, and supporting the UX Research team strategy and initiatives. They will define and execute research projects aligned with the Super Tribe roadmap, applying appropriate methodologies and managing projects from scoping to insight delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support the UX Research team strategy by participating and delivering initiatives that further the ambitions of the team
- Define and execute research projects aligned to the Super Tribe roadmap, working closely with the Lead and Senior UX Researcher to maintain visibility of ongoing and upcoming work
- Apply appropriate qualitative and quantitative methods and manage projects from scoping through to insight delivery
- Translate research findings into clear, actionable insights, ensuring strong alignment with product roadmaps and business goals
Requirements
- Experience working in UX Research, or a related discipline, with a sound understanding of how and when to apply quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Flourishing communication skills including storytelling and stakeholder engagement
- Awareness of the importance of strong knowledge and sound awareness of research operations, prioritisation and resource planning
