Lead research initiatives to uncover insights into user needs and behaviors for cloud-based dentistry applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into the design and development process.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research methods to gain deep insights into the needs, behaviors, and pain points of our users
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, developers, clinicians, and other stakeholders, to integrate research insights into the design and development process
- Utilize research findings and data to inform and influence product design and development decisions
- Advocate for the user's perspective and advocate for user needs throughout the software development lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive psychology, anthropology or a related field or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of UX research experience in an industry setting, with a demonstrated ability to lead research initiatives and influence product strategy
- Proven track record of leading impactful UX research initiatives and driving user-centered design within organizations
- Experience working with a global multi-disciplinary team of UX professionals, Product/Solution Managers and Architects/technical leads throughout the design process
