Requirements
- 7-11 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital advertising, or gaming marketing art
- Experience guiding or mentoring design teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable collaborating across global time zones
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or equivalent
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, composition, and visual storytelling
- A strong design portfolio showcasing game-related assets, static ads, social creatives, and marketing visuals
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with leading AI tools
- Fluent in English
