Graphic Designer (Mid Shift)

This role involves working closely with Bids & Proposals teams to provide visual communication ideas, manage graphics files, and lead challenges related to proposal development, scheduling, and production. The designer will also align with marketing to ensure consistent brand application across various printed and digital assets.
Responsibilities
- Provide ideas for communicating through images rather than text
- Manage and maintain all graphics related files such as images, infographics, etc.
- Responsible for leading and addressing challenges related to the overall proposal, presentation, development, scheduling, and production
- Align with the marketing team to promote consistent application of the Arcadis brand standards
- Communicate effectively with technical, operations, client development, sales, and marketing teams
- Create designs and propose production schedule for planning purposes
- Work with the pursuit team to carry out creative work from conceptualization, pre-press to post-production
- Develop templates for all types of sales documents including for bespoke Strategic Pursuits
- Manage workloads and priorities within a challenging, fast-paced, and energizing environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Arts/Design, Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or an equivalent experience in the field
- Proven graphic and multimedia design experience with a minimum of 5 years
- Knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud applications
- Intermediate/working experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Basic/intermediate experience in Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects, and Audition
- UI/UX knowledge or experience is a plus
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
