Principal Product Designer

The Principal Product Designer will engage with customers to identify challenges and design AI-powered solutions. They will also create visually compelling interfaces and evolve design systems for enterprise workflows.
Responsibilities
- Co-create with customers: Engage deeply with customers to uncover their most pressing challenges and design AI-powered solutions that drive measurable business impact
- Elevate the craft: Design visually compelling, modern interfaces that bring consumer-grade quality to enterprise workflows
- Prototype and move fast: Take ideas from whiteboard sketch to functional prototype in days, not weeks
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field
- 6+ years experience working in product or service design
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
- Experience designing and prototyping in Figma
- 8+ years experience working in product design with cross-functional teams in an agile development environment

Benefits
- Base pay range: $139,900 - $274,800 per year
- Additional benefits and compensation may be eligible
