The Principal Product Designer will engage with customers to identify challenges and design AI-powered solutions. They will also create visually compelling interfaces and evolve design systems for enterprise workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Co-create with customers: Engage deeply with customers to uncover their most pressing challenges and design AI-powered solutions that drive measurable business impact
  • Elevate the craft: Design visually compelling, modern interfaces that bring consumer-grade quality to enterprise workflows
  • Prototype and move fast: Take ideas from whiteboard sketch to functional prototype in days, not weeks

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field
  • 6+ years experience working in product or service design
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
  • Experience designing and prototyping in Figma
  • 8+ years experience working in product design with cross-functional teams in an agile development environment
