Design intuitive agent experiences and visualize knowledge structures to help users configure complex AI systems. Collaborate with engineers and researchers to ensure designs are user-centered and technically feasible.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive agent experiences: Create guided workflows that help users configure complex AI systems without requiring deep technical expertise
- Visualize knowledge structures: Turn abstract semantic relationships into clear, interactive visualizations that make data models understandable and actionable
- Bridge human and machine understanding: Translate technical concepts into approachable interfaces and language so users feel confident interacting with AI
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field
- 4+ years experience working in product or service design
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
- Experience designing and prototyping in Figma
- 4+ years experience shipping products, services, or games and/or delivering to customers as a result of an end-to-end design process

Benefits
- Base pay range: $119,800 - $234,700 per year
- Additional benefits and compensation may be eligible
