You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement product features. Additionally, you will ideate and explore concepts, building demos to inspire design directions.

Responsibilities

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interact with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and executive stakeholders to define, iterate, and implement new and existing product features
  • Compelling Communication & Storytelling: Clearly articulate how and why design concepts and decisions solve problems
  • Product thinking: Enthusiastically seek to understand the broader context in which a product exists, including its users, market, and business goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field
  • 3+ years experience working in product or service design
  • Experience designing and prototyping in Figma
  • 2+ years experience shipping products to customers as a result of an end-to-end design process
  • Proven ability to advocate for design thinking, effectively influence design outcomes, and discover problems and tackle them in fast-paced environments
