Sr. Product Designer - RCM (Remote)

The Senior Product Designer will lead end-to-end design for complex billing and financial workflows in mental health care. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create user-centered experiences that improve financial transparency and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for complex billing and financial workflows
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Revenue Cycle Operations, and Compliance to deliver workflows that balance usability, accuracy, and auditability
- Create design deliverables using Figma, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system to ensure cohesive user experiences across products
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design
- Proven experience designing complex, multi-step workflows
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, and contributing to scalable design systems
- Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions, tradeoffs, and workflow logic to diverse audiences
