Principal Product Designer
Devoted Health Remote (🇺🇸 United States of America)
This role will own the interaction design for the Member Portal across desktop, mobile web, iPhone, and Android platforms, leading cross-functional teams to define implementable solutions that meet user, business, and regulatory needs in a hyper-compliant healthcare environment. The designer will independently identify opportunities to drive business results and member satisfaction, focusing on AI-first and conversation-forward interactions.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity, aligning stakeholders to a shared vision through design work
- Independently identify design opportunities that will drive business results and member satisfaction
- Design with human behavior and psychology in mind, making simple things feel simple and complex things feel possible
- Create design deliverables using Figma, LucidChart, Adobe Suite and other tools
- Know when existing design patterns achieve quick wins, and when new, reusable patterns are needed
Requirements
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and convince leaders to adopt new directions
- History of successful collaboration with designers, product managers, business stakeholders, engineers, and QA
- 7+ years of digital product design experience
- Expert proficiency in at least one area of product design (UI, IA, research, etc.)
- Strong online portfolio demonstrating sophisticated, multi-platform projects and a versatile skillset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
