UX Designer II

The UX Designer II will create innovative design concepts and wireframes for robotics interfaces and software applications. They will collaborate with teams to evolve designs through iterative feedback and conduct usability testing.
Responsibilities
- Create design concepts that align with user needs and business goals for robotics interfaces and related software applications
- Produce clear and detailed wireframes to outline user flows, layouts, and interaction patterns for robotic systems and software interfaces
- Evolve wireframes into high-fidelity designs through iterative feedback loops
- Collaborate with UX researchers, product managers, and engineers to incorporate user insights and technical constraints into design solutions
- Build interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts with stakeholders and end-users
- Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system to ensure cohesive user experiences across products
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX design and user research
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Experience with prototyping tools to create interactive mockups
- Strong visual design sense with attention to detail and aesthetics
- Excellent communication skills to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders

- Base range for this position is $96,000.00 - $132,000.00
