Lead Product Designer

You will lead design for new products and feature iterations, transforming ambiguous problems into clear, shippable experiences. Your work will help define the future product portfolio and determine which ideas make it to market.
Responsibilities
- Lead design for new products and feature iterations, turning ambiguous problems and emerging opportunities into clear, shippable experiences.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Growth to explore ideas, define direction, and launch products that can scale to millions of members.
- Lead collaborative workshops and build sprints to align collaborators, explore tradeoffs, and advance complex regulatory and experience challenges.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience in fintech or other scaled consumer product environments
- Strong experience taking products or major features from idea to launch
- A portfolio that demonstrates 0 â 1 thinking, strong craft, and the ability to evolve ideas over time
- Deep expertise in mobile app design
- Fluency in Figma and modern design workflows
