
Senior UX Designer

The Senior UX Designer will lead the design of user experiences for various payroll processes and collaborate with product managers, developers, and researchers to create actionable designs. They will also contribute to the design system and ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards.
Responsibilities
- Design Execution: Lead the design of user experiences for the Payroll End to End Experience
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate design concepts and workflows
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, and researchers to translate insights into actionable designs
- User Research: Support user research efforts by collaborating on usability testing, mediating user interviews, gathering feedback, and refining designs
- Design System Contribution: Leverage and contribute to the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field; or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise SaaS solutions
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience designing features or workflows, such as Reporting or similar data-heavy experiences
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards

- Compensation range for this position is: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
