As a Senior UX Designer, you will deliver innovative experiences tailored to user needs in Oracle Payments products and collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and User Research teams. You will lead design critiques and contribute to the Redwood Design System while mentoring less experienced designers.
Responsibilities
- Dive deep into Oracle Payments products to deliver innovative experiences
- Partner with Product Management to understand customers and empathize with them
- Partner with fellow designers to innovate and design coherent user experiences
- Partner with Engineering to turn designs into reality
- Partner with user research to get customer feedback on designs
- Meet regularly with stakeholders to discuss project status and goals
- Lead design critiques, stakeholder reviews, and customer demos
- Stay well-informed of changing design technologies and methodologies
