Product Designers lead the user-centered design process for projects and features, creating impactful experiences that meet business and user objectives. They collaborate with product management and engineering to ensure successful product releases.
Responsibilities
- Identify high-impact business problems and define the features and user experiences to solve them
- Transform business and customer requirements into effective, efficient and elegant solutions
- Use strong systems thinking to enhance existing workflows and experiences for scalability
- Plan and conduct user research and data analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivators
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, Human-Centered Design, Psychology, or equivalent
- 4+ years of professional experience in a Product Design/UX role
- A portfolio of past work including concepts, ideation, flows, and completed designs and final deliverables
- Demonstration of design thinking skills, use of modern design best practices, and ability to create innovative and meaningful experiences
