Sr. Product Designer, Provider Experience

The Senior Product Designer will lead design work for tools used by clinicians and clinical operations teams, focusing on provider-facing workflows. Responsibilities include owning product areas from problem framing to measured outcomes and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Own provider-facing product areas from problem framing through shipped, measured outcomes
- Translate clinical and operational complexity into clear workflows and interaction patterns
- Partner with Product and Engineering to define scope, success metrics, and iteration plans
- Facilitate working sessions to drive shared understanding and decision-making
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional product design experience
- Experience designing within healthcare or for medical providers
- Familiarity with healthcare privacy and compliance constraints
- Track record of shipping end-to-end product work with measurable outcomes
