As a Product Designer, you will craft intuitive and visually polished experiences across Appspace products while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will contribute to the design process from ideation to high-fidelity UI and ensure design intent is met during implementation.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the end-to-end design process — from discovery and ideation to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff
- Partner with product managers, researchers, and engineers to design features that solve real user problems while maintaining consistency across Appspace
- Participate in user testing and design critiques to validate ideas and continuously improve the user experience
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual mockups to communicate design concepts and flows
- Iterate based on feedback and data to refine usability and visual design
- Design clean, accessible, and cohesive UI components that align with our design system and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with the design systems team to contribute patterns, components, and visual assets
- Work closely with engineers to ensure design intent is met throughout implementation
- Partner with other designers to maintain consistency, share learnings, and elevate design quality across the product suite
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field — or equivalent hands-on experience and portfolio work
- A portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects that demonstrate your design process, visual craft, and problem-solving approach
- Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design best practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with front-end implementation concepts (a plus)
