The role involves designing integrated experiences connecting shopping and financial products within the Inter ecosystem, ensuring fluid and intuitive journeys for millions of users. Responsibilities include conducting structured research, collaborating closely with business and technology teams, and mentoring junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Design integrated experiences that connect shopping and financial products, creating solutions that make sense for both business and user
- Conduct structured research and tests with clear justification, working with the research pool in a planned way
- Collaborate actively with business and technology, bringing different perspectives to create solutions greater than the sum of the parts
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer
- Advanced knowledge of Figma for all stages of the design process
- Experience in research - planning, conducting and analyzing user research
- Maturity to work with autonomy - ability to decide, propose and conduct projects without micromanagement
