As a Product Designer, you will craft user-centered experiences for veterinary software products and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction. You will create interactive prototypes and design frameworks to support IDEXX's software ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Craft intuitive, user-centered experiences for veterinary software products
- Leverage strong visual and interaction problem-solving skills to deliver world-class designs
- Create seamless digital experiences that support IDEXXâs evolving software product ecosystem
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to high-level strategic decisions
- Develop and maintain detailed user-interface and interaction specifications
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design â UX & CX
- Solid understanding of UI design principles, mobile first, interaction design, prototyping, accessibility standards
- Prior experience working in complex domains, prior exposure to medical applications and software design
- High attention to detail, but also the ability to move between tactical and strategic thinking
- Clear communicator, great listener and influencer
