The Senior UX Designer will identify user-centered problems and conduct discovery to understand user needs and behaviors. They will create wireframes and prototypes, collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure design quality and meet user expectations.
Responsibilities
- Identify and frame user-centered problems effectively
- Conducting discovery to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points
- Developing and organizing the structure of information within a product
- Creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams throughout the agile planning, design and development process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Computer Science, Business or related disciplines
- 5 to 9 years of professional experience working in digital design
- Solid capability in UX creative and design techniques
- Experience facilitating and summarizing user research as part of field studies and in-person or remote evaluative testing
