UX Designer- Associate

As a UX Designer, you will interview users and stakeholders, author user flows, and collaborate with the design team to apply UX governance across projects. You will also innovate and design new capabilities to simplify business problems while working closely with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Interview users/stakeholders and extract information through inquisitive, thoughtful, and tactical questioning
- Author user flows, user journeys, and journey maps
- Prototype using a pre-defined UI pattern library using Figma
- Collaborate with the Aladdin Design Team to apply UX governance across projects
- Design high fidelity comps and prototypes primarily using Figma
Requirements
- 5-8 yearsâ experience as an expert UX Designer, Interaction Designer, and mid-level mentor
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-fidelity comps, workflows, wired prototype boards, and user flows
- Proficiency in Figma and familiar with Figma Make prompt-to-design
- Experience with data and/or analytic pipelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
