Product Designer

As a Product Designer, you will create user-centered experiences for veterinary software products and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for delivering intuitive designs and engaging with customers to gather feedback.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating interactive user-centric prototypes, process models, journey maps, design frameworks
- Ideally experience in using Gen AI tools in their process, while maintaining principles of a great design process
- Ability to use data to inform decision making, not just qualitative insight
- Create well-considered design plans and bring Product Managers and Engineers on the journey to bring the solution to life
Requirements
- 5+ yearsâ experience in Product Design â UX & CX
- Solid understanding of UI design principles, mobile first, interaction design, prototyping, accessibility standards
- Prior experience working in complex domains, prior exposure to medical applications and software design is helpful
- High attention to detail, ability to move between tactical and strategic thinking
- Clear communicator, great listener and influencer
- Ability to effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously and in a multi-team cross-functional environment
