As a Senior Product Designer, you will be central to designing future solutions, both tangible and digital, while collaborating closely with Product and Tech teams. You will also define design methodologies and processes to establish a strong foundation for design at Tessan.
Responsibilities
- Contribute actively to the product vision by transforming user needs and business objectives into concrete and innovative concepts for hardware and software solutions
- Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and frustrations
- Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user journeys and interfaces for platforms and devices
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI design for complex products
- Experience in a startup agile environment and ease with ambiguity and rapid change
- Ability to establish and evolve a design function within a growing company
- Familiarity with AI integration and/or experience with design systems
