As a Product Designer, you will shape intuitive and accessible experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will conduct research, translate insights into designs, and work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
- Working within a cross-functional team to discover and translate user needs and business goals into intuitive and accessible experiences
- Owning design problems from discovery through to final delivery, iterating with data and feedback
- Planning and conducting customer interviews, usability tests, and journey mapping to inform design decisions
- Leading and contributing to end-to-end product design, from discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity mock-ups and implementation
- Identifying, setting and measuring design metrics to measure the success of designs
- Contributing to and evolving our design system, partnering with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional product design experience in SaaS or B2B environments
- Solid foundations in interaction design, visual design, and prototyping
- Ability to think strategically while still delivering pixel-perfect execution
- Skilled in discovery techniques: user interviews, usability testing, research synthesis, and problem definition
- Proficiency with Figma for prototyping, interaction design, and high-fidelity design
