Mobile Product Designer

The Mobile Product Designer will lead the design of features and improvements for the Ford mobile app, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging mobile experiences.
Responsibilities
- Leading the design of features and improvements for our products ensuring they align with business objectives and user needs
- Balancing UX and UI design
- Using Figma to develop mobile app features and compelling user experiences
- Crafting and managing backlog stories that represent your work
- Taking ownership of independent tracks of design work and manage timelines and deliverables
- Developing and iterating on user flows, mock-ups and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas
- Applying data driven insights to inform design decisions and measure the impact of design changes
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, or educational /experience equivalent or in Product design, Graphic design, or interaction design
- 5+ years of experience in Mobile product design
- High performing proficiency in Figma
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of mobile app design projects, demonstrating a deep understanding of user experience principles and design processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire team members and stakeholders
