Digital UX UI Designer

The Digital UX/UI Designer will design user-centered interfaces for customer-facing applications and collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the Agile development cycle. This role also involves contributing to a consistent design system and advocating for visual and interaction consistency across products.

Responsibilities

• Design modern, user-centered interfaces for Quote & Bind, Self-Service, and other digital touchpoints
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
• Apply design thinking to optimize user journeys and reduce friction across digital channels
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the Agile development cycle
• Participate in user testing and design validation exercises

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and visual storytelling
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
• Experience working in Agile product development environments
• Understanding front-end technologies and their impact on design feasibility
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices
• Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or a related field
