Graphic Designer / 3D Designer, Level 3/4

The primary responsibility involves collaborating with commercial marketing teams to develop graphics and assets for B2B marketing materials (2D physical and digital), immersive experiences, and executive presentations. This role also requires developing 3D capabilities to create detailed virtual graphics, renderings, and illustrations of airplanes and liveries.
Responsibilities
- Create, develop, and modify graphics and assets for a variety of formats including interactive touchscreens, mobile devices, printed materials, and physical activations
- Plan, design, and produce complex 3D virtual asset graphics, renderings, and animations of airplanes and liveries
- Responsible for leading the implementation of this new capability onto the team and exploring related future development, such as animation and motion graphics
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to create high-impact PowerPoint presentations that effectively convey strategic messages to internal and external stakeholders
- Act as a design consultant within the organization
- Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance the quality and effectiveness of content and advance the team’s capabilities
- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and pivot quickly in response to changing priorities or feedback
- Foster strong relationships within the organization and become knowledgeable of Boeing Commercial Airplane programs and products
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher OR equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design software
- 5+ years of experience in developing graphics, content, and visuals for products and services
- 3+ years’ experience as a graphic designer or similar role within a corporate or agency setting
- 3+ years’ experience with Unreal Engine, 3D Studio Max, Cinema 4D, Maya, and/or Substance Painter
