
The Graphic Designer will support various marketing campaigns and projects while assisting the design team and Team Leads. Responsibilities include working on design revisions, creating presentations, and developing layouts for print and digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Work with the design team and team leads for overall marketing support
- Cover revisions and amendments to files
- Handle advanced formatting PowerPoint presentations and Word documents
- Handle various design supporting collaterals for social and digital media
- Develop layout project for print and digital platform
- Handle video editing and animation and basic storyboarding
- Contribute to a range of internal projects and work with senior specialists to ensure programs of work are undertaken and project milestones are met
- Carry out tasks, such as the preparation of documentation, to support the implementation of projects to time and quality standards
- Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement of processes and systems
- Learn new design-related tools accessible to the team
- Develop a practical understanding of how processes and systems in own area of work relate to the wider organization
- Respond to and resolve enquiries and problems, judging when to pass complex queries on to or involve others, to provide an effective service and clear advice to colleagues and customers
Requirements
- A graduate of Bachelor's degree on Graphic Design/Multimedia course or any related course
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience or equivalent
- Proficient in Adobe software: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects
- Good understanding of graphic design
- Good understanding of the branding and its implementation
- Working knowledge in handling and translating project briefs
- Intermediate video editing and animation knowledge
- Intermediate to advance knowledge in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
