Sr. UX Designer

The Senior UX Designer will collaborate with various teams to deliver engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms. They will advocate for end-users and lead internal design initiatives to improve the shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Management, User Research, Development, Marketing, and other team members
- Deliver usable, engaging experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and technical considerations across web and mobile platforms
- Create clear user experience vision, user journeys, end to end-user experiences, UI specifications, wireframes, and prototypes
- Articulate ideas and concepts and communicate them effectively for internal leaders, partners, and customers
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience in a modern product development environment
- Proven track record designing successful consumer-facing experiences
- Experience designing global UX, involving both localization and supplemental/layered design systems
- Experience designing sites on Shopify platform
- Expert in at least one or two, and solid in the rest of the following disciplines: interaction design, information architecture, UI design, visual design, motion design, service design, storytelling, and prototyping
