Lead UI/UX Designer

The Lead Product Designer will collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and user research to define the vision for the Field Service product area and guide its implementation through documentation and presentations. They will also work cross-functionally to represent design, facilitate discussions, and ensure high-quality, polished product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with product owners, engineers, and user research to create a vision for the Field Service product area
• Communicate clear and compelling ideas to a wide range of key partners and leadership
• Partner with engineering to ensure that our implementation and user experience are of high-quality, delivering a polished final product

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in an individual contributor role, on a Product Design team for desktop or mobile
• An outstanding portfolio, showcasing a foundation in Typography, Interaction, Visual Design and Ideation
• A robust, autonomous work ethic complemented by an ability to harmonize with and elevate team dynamics
