Lead the design of user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for complex projects. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for complex projects
- Plan and conduct comprehensive user research studies and usability tests
- Synthesize research findings into actionable design recommendations
- Develop and uphold design systems and ensure consistency across products
- Mentor junior team members and provide constructive feedback on their work
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives
- Drive the iterative design process based on user feedback and usability testing
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends and technologies
- Present and defend design decisions based on user research and best practices
- Ensure all design work adheres to accessibility standards and guidelines
Requirements
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles
- Ability to collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Experience with design systems and ensuring consistency across products
- Strong understanding of user research and usability testing
- Ability to synthesize research findings into actionable design recommendations
- Experience with mentorship and providing constructive feedback
- Strong communication and presentation skills
