Staff Product Designer (Event Gateway)

The Staff Product Designer will lead complex design projects from concept to final UI, ensuring alignment with design standards and applying systems thinking across the product experience. They must champion customer needs by deeply understanding jobs-to-be-done and driving alignment among stakeholders using customer data and business impact rationale.
Responsibilities
- Design exceptional experiences that customers need and love
- Lead complex projects from early concepting to final UI design, upholding design standards and design system
- Apply systems thinking to improve overall cohesion and usability
- Champion customers by understanding their needs and infusing this understanding into work
- Drive alignment by soliciting diverse perspectives and communicating context
Requirements
- At least 6+ years of related experience, ideally in a developer tool SaaS product or similar
- A portfolio that demonstrates expertise in all phases of design, including leading a collaborative design process, conducting user research, and making data-informed design decisions
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions
