The Staff Product Designer will own regulatory build outcomes for eBay Live's global expansion, ensuring scalable and flawless experiences across buying and selling flows. This involves leading end-to-end build processes from discovery through delivery while collaborating with legal, policy, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into clear solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own regulatory build outcomes for eBay Live’s global expansion
- Collaborate across fields, including product management, engineering, legal, policy, research, and content
- Lead end-to-end build processes from discovery through delivery
- Ensure usability, clarity, and accessibility by working with research and content partners
- Lead collaborative workshops and build sprints to align collaborators
Requirements
- Proven experience in crafting and delivering end-to-end product experiences
- Experience in regulated, trust- and safety-centered, or policy-limited areas
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to operate with ownership in ambiguous problem spaces
- Experience incorporating research, data, and content strategy into build decisions

- Base pay range: $127,600 - $214,700
