Product Designer

The Product Designer will partner with Product Managers to translate product requirements into design solutions and conduct user research to understand user behavior. They will create user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs while collaborating with engineers to ensure feasibility and quality.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Product Managers to translate product requirements and user problems into thoughtful design solutions
- Conduct user research through interviews, usability testing, and workflow reviews to understand real user behavior
- Create personas, user journeys, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs for complex product scenarios
- Design intuitive, scalable UI patterns for enterprise users working with dense data and workflows
- Iterate quickly based on feedback from PMs, engineers, and real customers
Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product design work
- Experience designing B2B or enterprise SaaS products with complex workflows
- Proficiency with Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, design systems)
- Solid understanding of usability, accessibility, and interaction design principles
- Experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams with PMs and engineers
