The Principal UX Designer will drive end-to-end experience design across critical product areas and manage the design system. They will collaborate with product managers, developers, and researchers to create intuitive and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Translate user, product, and business requirements into clear, usable, and intuitive experiences
- Lead UX design for significant product areas
- Develop and refine information architecture, navigation models, and interaction patterns
- Define, manage, create and evolve the design system
- Drive adoption and correct usage of the design system across product teams
Requirements
- 7+ years of UX design experience
- Proven mastery of design systems
- Deep passion for crafting thoughtful, elegant solutions to complex user problems
- Extensive experience designing for large-scale, complex systems
- Strong understanding of accessibility, usability heuristics, and cognitive principles
