
As a Junior UX Designer, you will improve customer experiences across Trainlineās products and create tech-enabled solutions that enhance the traveller journey. You will collaborate with various teams and contribute to the design process from discovery to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Join a team focused on improving customer experiences across Trainlineās products
- Leverage emerging technologies to anticipate traveller needs and deliver timely support
- Balance great customer experiences with an awareness of how design choices can influence key business metrics
- Work closely with Product, Research, Data, and Engineering teams
- Collaborate with fellow designers to shape a seamless, end-to-end travel experience
- Contribute to Trainlineās overall strategy
Requirements
- Communication and storytelling skills
- Solid UX thinking as well as UI visuals
- Understand how to use data and customer insights to validate ideas and drive positive customer behaviour
- Awareness of data-informed experimentation principles such as A/B or multivariate testing
- Hands-on, action-oriented approach to solving creative challenges
- A self-starter mentality with strong collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Figma for day-to-day design work
