The UX Designer will assess UX problems and conduct user research to understand customer needs. They will also design UI elements and contribute to the development of a scalable design system.
Responsibilities
- Perform assessments for identifying UX problems, improvements and possibilities
- Conduct user research together with the team using different discovery methodologies
- Test and validate ideas and solutions with stakeholders, users and customers continuously
- Use agile methodologies, participate in daily scrum meetings, as well as plannings, groomings, reviews and retrospectives
Requirements
- Higher education in user experience design, interaction design, behavioral sciences, industrial design or similar
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in user-centered design and methodology as well as interface design
- Good communication and facilitation skills
- Understanding of best practices with regard to customer interviews and user testing
